Welcome to the Greyhound Sires & Dams search site! If you currently own, or have previously owned or adopted a Greyhound that was used for breeding, and you'd like to locate that dog's puppies that have been adopted, this is the place. If you are hoping to find the parents of your adopted dog, this is the place for that, too.

How to search: If you're looking for parents of your dog, simply click on the above links to "Dams" or Sires". The sires and dams in the database are listed alphabetically by racing name. If you don't know the names of your dog's parents, check the Greyhound Race and Breed Database and then come back here to see if they've been located.

If you're looking for your dog's offspring, you'll need to enter your dog's information here. Adopters, breeders and racing owners are all welcome to submit their dogs' info, as well as adoption groups who have retired sires and dams in their programs. If you list an adoptable dog, please give us the URL to your website in the "comments" section so that we can provide a link on the search page.

Since this site has just opened, our database is still small, but we expect to see it grow quickly with your help. If you don't find the sire or dam you're looking for on this visit, be sure to check back again soon. If you do make a match, please email us. We'd love to hear about it.

If you're looking for your dogs' littermates, you need to visit our "sister site" (pun intended) the Greyhound Littermates List site. The database over there is very extensive and still growing by leaps and bounds.

Privacy policy - No email addresses are disclosed by us, either directly from the website or via email, without your permission. If you do elect to share your email address, please remember to notify us if it changes. Otherwise we have no way of letting you know if your dog's relatives are found.
